  Made a random phone call asking for advice on a cow and problems with her teats and couldn’t of found the service more professional and helpful. I had Mike go out of his way to help me with the problem, to the point of making separate phone calls to another vet for extra guidance and also to a local cattle farmer. He then called me back advising me what was needed for my cow. The customer service was excellent to the point of even getting a follow up call on a public holiday just to enquire how the cow was progressing. Wonderful service and has definitely made my mind up in staying with this local vet rather than looking elsewhere. Thanks heaps.

  Just had my two cats in for procedure. Both are a bit difficult in terms of their needs, Gema is always awesome. Gives me the exact advise that is needed, both cats home and happy. Cannot say how awesome this practice is, so very happy to be able to have this practice local for my animals.

  Dr Gemma Coulter and her lovely team went above and beyond for my dog Essie for her desexing. The staff were highly professional and the care that she received was outstanding. The practice is very clean and has such a fantastic atmosphere about it Essie didn't seem worried at all. She recovered very well and I credit that to the skills and professionalism of Dr Gemma and her team. Thanks so much!
